When will I receive my order?
Unless otherwise stated, pins are ready to ship and can typically be sent out 1-2 days after purchase.
Patches are made to order (unless labeled ready to ship). Please allow 2 weeks for production time (before shipping). Contact me if you would like to expedite production time, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Note: All items in an order are shipped together. If you order a pin and a patch (that needs to be made), your pin will be shipped when the made to order patch is finished.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns, but please contact me at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Do you wholesale?
At this point in time, I do not have any stockists but it is an avenue I am exploring. If you feel that you might be a good fit for Heart & Soul PVD, please reach out to me at dani@heartandsoulpvd. I would love to discuss!
Do you do custom work?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces that align with my artistic style and skillset. Take a look at the Heart & Soul PVD instagram to get a sense of my style. Get in touch via my contact page or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with details on your project.
Please note: custom work is for original pieces of work only. I do not recreate other artists work.
How do i care for my patch?
Hand embroidery is delicate. My recommendation is to hand-stitch patches to items that do not require frequent washing (jean jackets, canvas backpacks, or totes). Wherever possible, avoid washing & drying. Spot clean only.
